This video demostrates the technique of robotic-assisted transmyocardial laser revascularization (TMR) to revascularize the heart in a patient with medically refractory angina not amenable to PCI or CABG. In addition, a left atrial clip is applied to exclude the left atrial appendage decreasing the risk of a stroke and the need for anticoagulation with atrial fibrillation.
